Salem Oak Vineyards is a family-run vineyard tucked away in quiet Pedricktown, New Jersey. This French-inspired vineyard & winery offers a wide variety of both dry and sweet wines, red or white. How did Salem Oak Vineyards get started? What can you expect from a visit to their tasting room? Find out now.
The Origins of Salem Oak
Back in 2003 the vines were planted that would one day become Salem Oak Vineyards. Their grapes are grown with a sea breeze to the East, and mountains to the West. Aligned within 2 degrees North of Southern France, the family behind Salem Oak knew they were going to craft delicious wines that the locals would love.
For Salem Oak’s owner, Mandi Cassidy, becoming one of the incredible wineries of New Jersey was a dream. In 2013, that dream came to fruition. She takes pride in creating a memorable winery experience for each and every one of their visitors. From the very beginning, the Salem Oak team has been focused on treating guests like family. In keeping to the tradition of family, Salem Oak’s core line of wines are named after Mandi’s twins, nieces, and nephews. Salem Oak Vineyards is there to celebrate South Jersey agriculture and provide delicious wines to those in Salem County, Gloucester County, and beyond.
