Lost Elephant Brewing is a nano brewery located on Main Street in Elmer, NJ. With its name originating from the tale of a circus elephant who escaped the train traveling through town in the late 1800s, owners, Tom Mellon and Marghi Insignares, decided to “get off the train and leave the circus” that was their initial careers in pursuit following their dream of owning and operating a craft brewery.
