Neck Of The Woods Brewing is a craft brewery specializing in fruited sours, delicious IPA’s and lagers. They offer unique beers that appeal to a broad group of craft beer drinkers and use local ingredients when available. They have installed a new state-of-the-art 10 barrel brewhouse and fermenters/brite tanks that are temperature controlled. This equipment allows their brewers to control every aspect of the process while producing consistent high quality beer from batch to batch.
